When you buy our products we aim to have your purchase shipped on the same day as your payment is received.

Delivery Times & Schedule
Shipping around Auckland is normally within a day, and can be same day depending on payment and courier schedule. 

Our shipping contractors for the North and South Islands promise to deliver within 2 days. A rural delivery address, or a delivery to an outer island will take longer as this normally involves a change of delivery service and an extra 2 days.

Larger Items 
Delivery times can vary if the products are oversized such as large solar panels, or one of our custom designed power packs. 

Custom Designs
These are made to customers specifications so shipping will include manufacture which is normally 1 to 2 days on top of shipping times.

Dangerous Goods
A selection of our products are dangerous goods which means they are shipped by accredited dangerous goods couriers. This may extend delivery times to ensure the products are delivered safely to your door.

No PO Box deliveries 
Due to the nature of our products they cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
