Refund policy
Green Circle NZ have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Green Circle NZ cannot accept damaged returns, including its original packaging, or returns that were custom made such as power supply units.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@greencircle-newzealand.com. If your return is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to return the item back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products such as Power Supply units or Solar System units, or cut lengths of electrical power cable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
On the odd occasion we may except product exchanges. This excludes custom made products and any product (including packaging) that has been damaged or used. It is the customers responsibility to return the item back to the warehouse.
Refunds
Please be aware we generally we do not refund due to change of mind situations. In some cases a restocking fee may apply, for example, if we indented an item or shipped the product from another locality or if an item was modified by for the customer by Green Circle NZ. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
